Cirrux Terms of Service

Welcome to Cirrux! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the rules for using Cirrux Backup. By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Cirrux does

Cirrux Backup creates encrypted backups of your email messages. You connect your email account (like Gmail), and Cirrux stores secure copies of your emails so you won’t lose them.

Cirrux Backup is the first of a series of products we're building towards a new workspace to help teams.

2. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your account secure. Don’t share your login credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised, please let us know immediately.

3. Your data

• Your email data remains yours.
• We don’t read your messages.
• We don’t sell or share your data.
• We encrypt everything before it’s stored.
• When you delete your account, we delete your backups too, within 48 hours.

4. Payment

Cirrux Backup is a paid service. You can cancel at any time. All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Limits and fair use

Don’t use Cirrux to do anything illegal, to spam people, or to abuse our systems. We may suspend your account if we see unusual or abusive activity.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you delete your account, your data will be removed shortly after.

We may also suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, or if we decide to shut down the service (we’ll try to give you notice if that ever happens).

7. Disclaimer

We do our best to make Cirrux reliable, but we can’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free.You use the service at your own risk. We’re not liable for lost data, missed backups, or other issues.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. If we do, we’ll post a notice on our site or let you know by email. If you keep using Cirrux after changes go live, you’re agreeing to the new terms.
